Happy long Labor Day Weekend, just want to write a few line of technic jeeve java, hate to do that, but I do really love this topic, is about Film, if you follow this blog you can see I am a very hard core Film Cameras collector, have a few to be true, the reason is the Genesis of my obsession with photography, everything was analog, well now that everything is at the opposite, I did found a very nice set of presets/camera profiles for LR4 that out of the box will bring that old film flavor to your digital images.
The Company is located in California, Visual Supply, they sell the presets with camera profiles, for Nikon and Canon, very easy to install, no need to move preset to your preset library (by the way in MacOS X is a pain to remember that path), add your serial number and voila, the magic starts!
This is how your LR 4 will look after you load the tools:
Another set of tools that bring the packet is the VS Toolkit a very nice set of presets to deal with color, tint, tone, sharpness, vignette and grain, all out of the box. Well, I don’t wanna ruin all the stuff, here is the complete darkroom after I load the presets:
I applied the Fuji, Kodak and Ilford BW presets to this photos, hope you like it.
